July Training Plans
Here are the training plans for July. Please click on your respective training plan to download. I will work on getting these in the binders as soon as I can. If you are unsure of your level, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
Practice on Monday will be at 7:00 AM at the MSU practice fields. We will have a trail run scheduled along with some core and strength work.
For Tuesdays practice we are taking part in the Tuesday Night Trail Series. Please follow the link below to sign-up. Registration is covered by BRC and the BBQ at the finish is free. Parents you are also welcome to join in on the run and BBQ. The run will start promptly at 6:00 PM and take place on the Highland Glen Trails. More details to follow soon!
