Hello XC Runners,

This weekend is the upcoming Sweet Pea Run. For those of you running please plan on an easy run both Thursday and Friday, and move your long run to Sunday after the race. You are more than welcome to meet with us on Thursday morning and do an easy run while the others will be running Story Hill.

THURSDAY AUGUST 4TH – Meet at Story Hill @ 7:00 AM. Please do NOT park in front of the Stockyard Cafe, please park along L Street.
Saturday August 6th:

We will have BRC open early that day, and any of you are welcome to stash your personal belongings here while you run. We will also have some Gatorade and water provided too.
*Remember to move your long run to Sunday if you are racing the Sweet Pea run this weekend*


Friday August 5th – Long Run 90 Minutes Total (On your own)


Friday August 5th – Long Run 80 Minutes Total (On your own)


Friday August 5th – Long Run 65 Minutes Total (On your own)



Friday August 5th – Long Run 45 Minutes Total (On your own)


High Altitude Training Camp: AUGUST 11th, 12th, & 13th. We will be camping just North of Bridger Bowl at the Battle Ridge Campground area.

All runners are welcome to the camp. We will be looking at the Readiness Run results to determine which distances and runs each runner will be able to participate in.

Camp Details:

Thursday August 11th – Camp Set-Up @ 4:00 PM Battle Ridge Campground

Bring your own late lunch/snacks, but dinner will be provided

Evening Trail Run will start at 6:00 PM
Friday August 12th – Camp, Activities, Run

Saturday August 13th – Hike to Ridge to cheer on Ridge Run Runners! Final day of Camp. Camp ends at 1:00 PM.

I will have a camp itinerary put together in the next couple of days and that will passed out to all of you.

If their are any parents that wish to camp and help facilitate, you are more than welcome. I could use some help for sure. Please reach out to me via cell phone or email.
