Week of January 25th

For the week of January 25, please plan to switch Tuesday for Thursday.  On Tuesday if you will go through our stride efficiency routine at the end of a 30 minute easy run (warm up), that would be perfect.  Let’s go with 6-8 X 75m striders, followed by abdominal, hip strength work.

When you return to school on Wednesday the new sheets will be up.  Mileage goes up this week by about 10-15%, and Thursday will be a challenging workout.

Also please confirm with your parents your thoughts about Simplot.  I would like a final count by Feb. 1 of who is going.
