We are now starting our winter fitness training in preparation for the 2016 track season. Students will find peers to run with every day after school in the hallway near the training room (trophy hall). Coaches will be present every Tuesday and Thursday. These two days will be our primary strength days, as well as structured run days.
Training guidelines will be posted on the wall near the cross country office, giving guidance for each week (Monday-Saturday).
January‘s focus will be based on building an aerobic base, as well as general strength.
February will see a bit more specific work as we close in on the upcoming track season.
