Week 3 Workouts
Monday: 4p at the church; be prepared for a solid workout–please bring water and watch and go to the bathroom before you come.
Tuesday: 4p at BHS; moderate level run followed by locker checkout PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN COMBINATION LOCK
Wednesday: 4p at BHS this will be a moderate to hard workout.
Thursday: 4p at BHS light, premeet type workout. Lots of details covered about what to expect on race day and preparation for race day.
Friday: Billings Invitational: Riverfront Park (south 1/2 mile off South Billings Blvd exit) Released from class at 12:05. Departure 12:30p. First race of the day at 4p. JV races will run first, followed by varsity races. TO BRING: Dinner or dinner money (Fuddruckers, $12?) Arrive back in Bozeman around 10p.
Saturday: Practice to be held for all runners going to Idaho Falls the following week. This will be a morning run; exact time and location yet to be determined.
