Regionals Info and Weekly Schedule
Monday: Meet at the school; moderate practice, done early.
Tuesday: Meet at the school; moderate speed, done early
Wednesday: Meet at the school; easy run, done early
Thursday: BHS will be on the early release schedule, I will find out which class gets out closest to the noon to 12:10 time frame, and that will be the class that you will finish on; bus departs at 12:30p for Pocatello. We will stop off in Blackfoot for an easy run at the pond. Dinner and hotel in Pocatello.
Friday: Leave for Boise at around 9am; lunch in Mountain Home at Subway; at the hotel by 2p; preview of course at 3:30p Dinner 6p; Ice Cream Social 7:15p—-at the social you have the opportunity to swap t-shirts, which has been a fun exchange in the past. Look through your drawers and find something Bozeman Cross Country related and if you are willing to part with it to pick up something cool from somewhere like Oregon or Alaska, then bring it to the swap.
Saturday: Race day! Schedule of races: 11:10p JV girls; 11:50 JV Boys; 1:45p Championship Girls; 2:30p Championship Boys; awards to follow—drive to Twin Falls for dinner at Tomatoes around 7p. Arrive at hotel at Burley at around 9:30p.
Sunday: Return home around 3-4p

Clothing: Running clothes galore! Cold weather; wet weather; etc.
Traveling Clothes: comfy but not trashy;
Dinner Clothes: Nice pair for Friday night dinner. Look the part.
Swim suit for Burley
Spikes/the course: this is definitely a spikes course rather than blanks. Please make sure spikes come with you. Do not plan on buying in Boise. Cold weather tights/ tops/ bottoms–these do not need to be matching so if you do not have black but you do have white or gray, bring what you do have.
